This is the Spiral Mountain training area. There are two secrets here. When Bottles asks you if you want to learn basic moves say no. I'll tell the moves.

Brentilda: Use those attacks against these enemies.

Enemies
Topper - Pretty much defenseles. Use any move against it.
Brawl - Also defenseles. Use any move against it.
Colliwobble - Use the rat-a-tat-tat-rap to deafeat it.

Brentilda: Wait don't go into Grunty's lair yet! You have to increase your energy and get two extra lives!

Extra lives
There's one on top of the chimney of  Banjo's house. Use the flip flap to get up there. The other's in a cave of the biggest waterfall.

Extra Honey comb pieces
#1: On top of one of the platforms leading to the waterfall.
#2: Kill the colliwobble in the garden.
#3: In a cove in the pool surrounding the mountain.
#4: On top of a tree near a bridge.
#5: Beak barge all the boulders with eyes.
#6: On top of the tallest stump.
