Drill sargent Jamjars reporting f'duty, sir!

Jiggy #1

When you enter this gloomy cavern, you should see some shoes in the crates nearby the entrance. One is running shoes and the other is Springy-Step Shoes. I'll tell you about those later... In about three worlds. Anyway, you don't really need the springy-step shoes, I have a much smarter solution. Climb back on the rope and jump on top of the sign to get a Cheato Page. Little Punk... Are you just concentrating on getting Cheato Pages? If so, you lucked out, because that page got you a cheat! We'll go see Cheato after we beat this level. Anyway, one thing that's so special about Banjo-Tooie is that you go faster when on running shoes. In fact, you can walk on water! Hint, hint. Oh, right this is a walkthrough. Uh, get the shoes, run over to a button, push it and continue by walking on the water. If you make it in time you'll go through a hole at the end. Don't jump of the ledge, just go forward until you drop. Get out of the pool and jump back on steady grounds. Go over and get that Jiggy!

Jiggy #2

Jump down all the way and swim to dry land. Go through the doorway and you should be in the Water Storage. Avoid the TNT-throwing crates. You should see an area of water over a plank. Jump in the water and get the Treble Clef. Get out and walk to the large water tank. Swim down to get the first Cheato Page out of the second set of five. Jump out and head to the door to your right. Pick up the notes and descend the way you came. Enter the building to your left. Grab the eggs and step around the fence. Be sure and only do this if you're full on energy. Run across and Beak Barge the red button. Nooo! Not the Red Button! Indeed. Get your sorry hide out of there! That was part one of a later Jiggy, but we're going to worry about that later. Go back to the entrance, jump in the water and head to the right. Jump out on the right-hand side when you see the first railcar bridge. Here you can learn the first of two moves in Glitter Gulch Mine, Bill Drill. Head back the way you came, Pass the world entrance and drill apart the boulder covering the Ordnance Storage. In there you can learn another move, Beak Bayonet. Get some eggs and head to the boarded up doorway. You will then know that you have to peck the fifteen sticks of dynamite before the time runs out. You might want to use a map, or memorize it if possible... Anywho, beat it and you get a Jiggy.

Jiggy #3

Get out of there and head left on the railcar tracks until you reach the waterfall. In the corner, is the entrance to the Toxic Gas Cave. Enter... Take a look at your air meter every now and then and follow the whistles to the Jinjo. Bill Drill the rocks and you get handy dandy items, but more importantly an Extra Honey Comb Peice. Remember, you can take a breath outside and come back in if you need to. Get out of there, and go to your left and jump up the ledges leading to the Prospector's Hut. Be sure and get the Extra Honey Comb Peice. under a boulder. You will learn you have to "free" Dilberta... Even though you already did... Oh, right, the boulder... Anyway, leave that place and head left to the Train Station. On top of a lot of blue rocks is a boulder with a Jinjo trapped inside. Activate the warp pad outside of the train station and then enter Mine Entry 3. In here, you have to make your way to a Jiggy. However, the room is very dark. So, I suggest four things to do.

  1. Use Bill Drill to emit sparks.
  2. Shoot fire eggs all over the place.
  3. Dim the lights in your room and adjust the brightness on the TV.
  4. Run around until you get the Jiggy.
The choice is yours, and yours alone! Do a Flip Flap to get the Jiggy.

Jiggy #4

Head left...again...and enter Mine Entry 2. Grab the Glowbo, from behind the boulder. Bill Drill your way into the cave. You should see a Jinjo in there, but you can't get him yet. Bill Drill the boulder at the end and get out of there! You'll find yourself in the Power Hut. If you're not then get in there. Get some feathers if you feel like it and see what happens when you step on the button. Of course, you'll realize that that's no use to you when you step off. Doesn't matter, just do what I told you to do before. Go down the stairs to the stairs to the power hut basement. Work your way across and earn yourself the almighty Jiggy.

Jiggy #5

Get out of that area, punk and then Bill Drill the boulder on the lower-right. When doing so, you've made a connection between Mine Entry 3 and 2. Head over to that weird shaman guy. You know... the witch doctor! ...Mumbo Jumbo! Sheesh, did you have to make me say his name? I'm supposed to be a sargeant! I call people names like... well... just go to Mumbo. Give him his precious Glowbo and head back to the Crushing Shed via warp pad. Use the Mumbo Pad to do your wacky incantation...

Pick up the Jiggy peices to activate a full Jiggy.

Jiggy #6

Head to the Train Station via the warp pad and use some more mystical voodoo...

Now return to the true recruits and leave that weird bum in his smelly hut. Go to the world entrance and climb the hill to your left to find a Glowbo. You should see Wumba's Wigwam near here. Let's see what we're going to transform into... A detonator?!?! What kinda sorry excuse for a transformation is that?!?! Oh well... Head to Fuel Depot. Go across the storage and jump onto the tracks above. Make the Detonator useful by going up to the kegs of TNT. Thar' she blows! You should see Bleep!, one of the rides for WitchyWorld. You can't let him out completely right now. Later, come back with Banjo to see what's stopping him. Then see what else is stopping him...But for now, stay as the detonator. Go across the Wigwam. Make the Detonator useful yet again. Once again, you can't do anything inside 'til you're Banjo-Kazooie again. Anyway, there's an ugly old crazy bird woman inside waiting to be rescued. Head back to the Gloomy Caverns. Enter, via Mine Entry 2 and free the Jinjo inside. Switch back to Bear and Bird and be sure to check back on the Bleep! Go back to the Crazy Bird Woman...

Note: The term, "Crazy Bird Woman" will help you later on your quest.

You'll learn her name is Canary Mary and you have to free her. Later on, you'll regret it, but nobody should know too much about their own destiny... Anywho, put the breegull to use and smash that gate. You will see her later. About in a couple of seconds... Meet her at Fuel Depot and challenge her to a race. Madly tap the A button to win. Start out slow, and she'll go slow. Start out fast and she'll go fast. Go slow for almost the whole race until you get to the end and speed up. You'll be rewarded with a smelly Jiggy!

Jiggy #7

Beat her again and you'll get a Cheato Page. Go back to the tracks to rescue that Jinjo you saw. Head over to the Crusher Shed and go through the doorway you opened earlier with the Detonator. Anyway, in there is the Flooded Caves. It will be completely flooded, so you won't get any breath. I suggest you help the goldfish before you do this. See a little below... Anyway, go through the tunnel to get a Jiggy.

Jiggy #8

Go back inside the Train Station and open the crate for an Extra Honey Comb Peice. Go inside the train and step on the Go Pad. Jump in the boiler for a chance at controlling Chuffy the train.

Old King Coal
Grubby Boiler Monarch

Jump on to the highest platform and ambush him with grenade eggs. First, he loses an arm. Secondly, he loses another arm. Thirdly, he gets chopped in half. Lastly, he explodes with a Jiggy with his remains.

Jiggy #9

Head back to Mayahem Temple and Bill Drill the boulder in Dilberta's cell. Go through the doorway and the Prospector will give you a Jiggy

If this is your first time to this level, do what it says after the first line. If not, do what it says after the second line.

Go into Honey B's hive for another energy unit. Leave and Bill Drill the boulder near a silo for a Jinjo. March back to Spiral Mountain and go to the goldfish under a boulder you saw earlier. Bill Drill the rock and go over to the lake to toss him in there. You'll get more bubbles and a new move. You can now swim faster by holding both A and B. While you're here, go up to Grunty's Old Lair and give Cheato his precious pages. You'll get the FEATHERS code. Go over to the Code Chamber in Mayahem Temple and put in FEATHERS. Go over to the paper on the side of the wall to activate it. That's what you do with all codes, so I'm not going to say that anymore. By the way, you can now dow Jiggy #10 for Mayahem Temple. When you're done with that, head on over to WitchyWorld. Go, soldier! March! Hup-2, 3, 4...

Jiggy #10

Warp to the Crushing Shed, smash the nearby crate and use the Springy Step Shoes (taught in Terrydactyland) to jump up into the waterfall. In there you are free to take the Jiggy
